I’m excited to share something new for cello students... CelloSongs! The first book in a series I’ve co-written with Thomas Hewitt-Jones. This volume features twelve original pieces, each exploring a different musical style, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Each piece has a specific technical point within it; but the overriding mission of the book is that the pieces are memorable musically - talking ear-worms here - and encourage learners of all ages to enjoy playing their instrument fearlessly. We want learners of all ages to feel inspired and fearless as they play. After all the cello is the king of singing tone... and by the time you have accomplished all the pieces in Book 1, you will be singing with the best of them!
